FREQUENTLY ASKED
    QUESTIONS

What kinds of businesses do you work with?

We work with small businesses in small- and mid-size markets across the country. Lawyers, contractors, pest control experts, dentists, florists - we love them all.

    How much do you charge?

Our digital marketing packages can be personalized to fit every price point. Our services are available on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contracts. That means you can cancel or change your package whenever you want.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept credit cards, debit cards, e-checks and bank drafts. All bank drafts are processed through the Automated Clearing House.

    When will I see results?

Every market, every industry and every business are different, so the amount of time required will vary. Generally, you'll start seeing results within 3 to 6 months, after Google has had time to crawl and index your new website. We'll provide in-depth monthly reporting along the way.

How is digital marketing different from traditional marketing?

Digital marketing is web-based, while traditional marketing focuses on other mediums, such as print, direct mail, radio and TV.

What is SEO, and what impact does it have on my web presence?

SEO stands for search engine optimization. It determines where your small business ranks in Google search results. The better your SEO campaign, the higher your rankings. And when you're easy for your customers to find online, that could mean more business for you.

Can you get me to the top of Google search results?

If you include SEO in your digital marketing package, we'll work to get you ranking at or near the top of the first page of Google search results for your location. We'll do that by creating a comprehensive SEO campaign that covers your website, custom content, directory listings and more. As your ranking improves within your community, we'll help you expand to surrounding areas by introducing new keyterms.

Is it okay if I have more than one website?

Simply put, no. Multiple websites will hurt your long-term SEO goals. On top of having to keep all your websites updated, you'll confuse your customers, confuse search engines with duplicate content and compete against yourself for business. Your onboarding specialist and digital marketing specialist will help you take the proper channels to cancel your web services from other providers.

How often should I update my website? Do I have to do it myself?

You should update your website as often as possible. When you're having a sale, providing a seasonal special, making a change or anything else, let your customers and potential customers know. Updating your site is easy, but you can count on your digital marketing specialist to make edits for you if you'd rather simply relay the information to them.

Will I have to write all the content and provide all the pictures for my site?

While you're certainly welcome to provide any content and pictures you want included on your site, our in-house content writers and designers are ready to provide well-researched copy and high-quality stock images to ensure your website meets our quality standards.

My business doesn't need a Facebook page. Why should I bother with social media?

Social media like Facebook and Twitter have huge audiences. Creating and maintaining active profiles on those platforms will not only enhance your SEO campaign, but also increase your exposure to your target audience.

How do your customer targeting services differ from social media advertising?

Our customer targeting and retargeting ads don't show up on just social media. Customer targeting ads will pop up across the web for users who fit the demographic of your ideal customer. Retargeting ads will follow users who visited your website but left before purchasing anything or requesting more information.

How do I get in touch with someone about my existing campaign?

Don't hesitate to reach out to your digital marketing specialist using the email address or phone number they provided. They are your single point of contact throughout your digital marketing campaign, so you never have to navigate an automated phone system or wait in a queue for online support.

Who do I contact to get started?

Fill out the form on our contact page, and one of our dedicated representatives will reach out to you promptly.
